Homelessness; A Public Ignominy

While driving around, I couldn’t help but notice how much care and money we spend to provide a safe and secure place for all of our excess ‘stuff’. There’s probably a Pubic Storage in your neighborhood!

I wonder why we can’t invest as much money and concern in providing a safe and secure environment for the poor and homeless in our society? Something like a Public Refuge?
